Happy New Year!
2014 has finally started.
Last year, there were many happy encounters amongst students in the classroom.
Those who have participated and took part in our studio, thank you very much.
We would love and hope to continue to meet new people.
Thank you very much, everyone!
Today, we have about 15 cm of snow piled up today.
Meanwhile, we thought if the Cornell students are doing safely~
Hopefully, when you guys come, everyone will be safe!
This week, we had the class for the first time.
One student made a 14K gold ring and another student created a thick brass ring.
With the New Year, we are currently in the mood for ozenzai soup but it was still a classroom. Also, groups had come from Kagoshima on a trip and stopped by the studio for a tour. During this time of the year, many travelers come to New York during their break. Many people from Canada and Washington DC came by last week to buy jewelry directly in the studio.
Recently, I have been getting a lot of questions of whether a student can work on an 18K gold or 14K gold ring during the first class experience. You can use different materials like gold if you prepare in advance by letting the instructor know. Also, the amount of money changes with the thickness of a ring, so if this case applies to you, please contact us so we can give you a price.
